FIAT DUCATO MJD.8F3 Speed limiter removal

Can someone help with removal of limiter on the following file.
I've tried with ECU decoder but solution didnt work.
Read with Autotuner

Ive noticed today as ive rechecked vehicle with Fiat Multiscan that Speed limiter is show as disabled in ECM & BCM
But BCM also shows a limit set of 80Kph although vehicle drives up to 65 Mph :confused:
