Try this two dumps,dumps no tested, one of them should work,the last foults are NECESSARY clearing by diagnostic. Write back if it works.

thank you a lot friend for you reply which one is better to write first i need to clear crash data for this ecu as soon as possible the customer came to me many times before i am searching tested cleared dump or need to clear crash data from my dump

the first file is not ok it gave me error b2500 internal error
i will try the second one
