[URGENT] BMW F31 FEM lost eeprom data

Tried to program a new key for BMW F31 FEM, I broked the eeprom 95128.
Now I read the ISN from the ECU, but when I write some dumps in a new 95128 the relay is clicking continuously and no communication with the FEM.
Any solution please?

i had this problem, i have adapted used fem with miniacdp.
ISN and VIN needed
then fem coding/ programing is also needed with esys or other tool
