PPd1.1 julie emulator problem

Hello, i have tried to mount a julie emulator ppd1.1 but i have error -wrong values blinks short every 2 seconds!
I have posted ori from ecu , not modified, and eeprom from julie!
Can someone check where i did wrong?

I have wrote a solution from neurosuite in flash, not advertising but it worked from start, read bdm!

As long for Julie still shady about this solution, i have follwed the instruction but the car did not start!
