Hi all

whats the best way to do correction on my almera 02 plate with tacho universal, what order do i connect my sw13 cable to the board

all help appreciated please

But this car has not 93c66 inside????
I have Tacho universal and I am looking for and no one is sw13 cable????

KM is stored in memory 93c66

The mileage is stored in the next lines:
0060: xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx AF 27 5E 4F BC 9E 79 3D
0070: xx xx 5E 4D BC 9A xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
where the next bytes:
String #1 = AF 27 5E 4F BC 9E 79 3D
String #2 = 5E 4D BC 9A

Of course you can.

..... Open the dash
......Look for the christal and join its contacts
......use adaptor with smd clip.........

just tried via clip and cant do it, how do i use the points on the back of the cluster

Desolder the eeprom. Much more reliable.

im not confident enough to desolder it can you show me the how to connect to the test points on the board, when i try the clip it comes back data un equal

Mate just download manual from post 6. Join crystal, grab with clip as per picture read eeprom modify and then program...

Easy job on that one.

My clip is not working, can anybody give me details to solder the wire direct to the board

You can easy fix your clip mate. First test it with a ohm meter. If not good problem is by the plug. Just open up the connector (carefully) cut the cable straight so you get rid of the end bit and crimp it back on a vice..

ALLWAYS DESOLDER THE MICRO ON ALMERA AND ALSO IN OTHER NISSAN WITH C66 IS IMPORTAND IF YOU WANT TO BE IN RIGHT WAY USING CHINNES TOOL:beer:
