Can somebody please tell me if I need new 2 key to program it after I have replaced BCM and key where deleted or is possible to use two used blue remote keys. Can be generated 4D 63 carbon chip used-no remote ? I have 2 used blue keys programmed immo light is OFF but car wont start live data ACCES DENIED no sync crank-cam sensor, Thanks

you can use old keys or carbon chip no problem

when you replace the BCM you must do parameter reset

Thanks, I have backup the old BCM with FORscan than new module installed and loaded file and write it back,, no sure if this is correct why to go , but key programmed and remote working , I did parameter reset also after key programming . but live data ACCES DENIED no synk crank-cam sensor......... but full scan no error

Why backup and write BCM when learn keys & parameter reset following the Ford procedures for such a replacement work perfectly well? I can see doing a backup and write with an ECU to save injector coding perhaps if you don't want to pull the injectors out.

Replace BCM, Program keys, Parameter Reset is the procedure.

Ok, I did try IDS v86 and the same outcome, (SECURITY ACCES DENIED) I have 2 original blue keys , remote is working good after programming......

Are you doing 'Parameter Reset' after key programming? Key programming alone does not link the BCM with the rest of the car. I have done this exact procedure on this exact car with AVDI in the past.

Be careful with Transit Custom model i did a reset with Abrites and van no longer started

I either had to purchase missing Abrites license or use pass-thro Ford dealer tool access
Choose latter since Abrites buggered it up in 1st place

You could try dealer tool via pass thro -saved my arse few times
many companies offer this now.

Personally tho i wouldn't go with 2nd hand ECUs as your probably buying another duff

Ok, today all modules updated online via IDS no error code but live data - ACCES DENIED no sync crank-cam sensor-van no start , cam sensor and crank sensor was replaced-timing is good Thanks

Fixed !!! crank sensor adjusted about 1-1,5 mm
