Fiat punto 1.2 16v automatic

Plese help me i have a big problem
I have a punto 2003 1.2 16v with automatc gearbox but before i buy this car somebody changed on manual but the problem is the Km dashboard.
No work
now on the manual i have only 3 wires from speed sensor
(1. Gray/Green
2.Black/Violet
3.Blue )
But on the car(in the engine section)I have only two conectors
I. conector have 14 wires
II. conector have 9 wires

Well my problem is is anybady know where I connect this 3 wires from speed sensor now?
Please Help Me.
P.S.
If is need i will post the colours of the wires of this two conectors

blue wire is +ve from fuse
other two go to the multi-function control module (fascia relay plate)
