Edx16u31 dead

Hii tried today to flash ecu edc16u31 with odis E. During flashing nothing happened after 45 minutes. I can see ecu with diag. On bench i can read ecu and write.
Anyone can see what is wrong with this ecu. I ve here a backup read by autotuner.

When read with autotuner get : ecu is recoverymode. See pic

I sent you the same software numbers you can completely overwrite

It is BDM files.

Is there any autotuner/Flex full backup bench files for this ecu?

I did flash some flash files i found without suc6 starting the car
I really forgot I guess Full BDM isn't there for a long time
