Ford Fiesta MK6 1.6TDCI immo synchronization problem

Hi friends,
I iave problem with Ford Fiesta MK6 1.6TDCI. After dead abttery car won't start. Socket in cluster is resoldered, ther is communication with ecu. There must be problem with immo sync.

Immo red led on cluster turns on and after a few seconds goes out.
Immobilizer shows communication fault to PCM.

Cluster is with hc9s12h256 1k78x motorola uP
ECU edc16c34 with 95160 eeprom

My friend tried to sync it with autel but told me that there is no key data in ecu memory

So please someone help me with immo sync.

So I've tested the new ecu file but the car still won't start. I will check on tueaday what errors are now. Thanks anyway!

i have known on a few of these also for a couple of wires break going to one of the ecu plugs, causing the clocks to not communicate with the ecu

Thanks for the hint but the installation is ok.

So after first try the car still won't start and there were this faults: U0073 (CAN bus malfunction), P1602 ( immobilizer/ecm communication error), P1603 (eeprom malfunction/id number unregistered).
After clearing errors few times there is only one left P1603.

Immo light now turns off but car still won't start.
