Hi Guys,

In your opinion what is the best odometer corretion Tool?
Iīm checking OBDstar X300m and Xtool X100 Pro2.

Donīt know if we get better tools with this range of price. https://mhhauto.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Odomaster seems better but is more expensive too.

Will test in Fiat Bravo 1.6 Diesel 2011 and Seat Leon 1.6 tdi 2011 too.

Best Regards

obdstar x300m is old model , no more updates, obdstar odomaster is good and there is update , cg100 and cg100x both good with plenty of updates and good price as well , in conclusion no tool would do all the job , y should have more than 1 or 2 tools to cover as many cars as its required, y should mix on bench tools with obd , tools i mentioned all original not clones , avoid clones bcz its money throwing, hope i helped

You are looking for the best tool of 2024 and ask about old cars.
For that kind of cars no need to buy the best tools om the market.

I have been using Xtool X100 Pad for most of the OBD jobs and have never damaged any cluster and you can also program keys with it.
I then bought iProg+ clone and has been useless on OBD jobs since the OBD cable never works but you can correct mileage via eeprom with the help of the built-in calculators. As you grow and learn, you can then purchase more tools and widen your coverage.
There is no one tool that can do all the cars but you start from somewhere as you have already read from other members.

Good luck and don't be afraid to ask for help when you are stuck with a file/eeprom dump. Always make a backup before making any changes to the eeprom dump
