I have been looking all over the internet for firmware/backup files for my ECU MEG17.9.12 TC1762, haven't found any website that sell them. Why is it so hard to find places that have collections of ECU firmware?

My ECU is damaged, and I cannot extract the firmware using Ktag, so the only way is to buy a spare ECU, and then buy a firmware and apply immo off on it, and write it to the spare ECU.

The spare ECU doesn't have the same firmware as my original ECU, when I made a backup for the spare ECU, it was ME17.9.11. That's why I need to buy a firmware with same specs as my original.

Can someone please guide me, thank you.

Those are my car details:

Make : Hyundai
Model : Accent
Year : 2012
Gear type: Automatic
Engine type : 1.4L DOHC

Hi, Im also a newbie with a similar problem. I need firmware for a MEG 17.9.13 ecu for a Hyundai, 1.6 (G4FG engine) with a 6-speed auto gearbox. My original ecu was a MEG 17.9.13 however it is very scarce to find hence I am considering loading firmware for my car on any other MEG 17.9.13 ecu. Did you perhaps source what you were looking for? Thank you.
