Warm welcome to everyone here, I have a 1997 Porsche Boxster that someone has swapped the ME and don’t have the original. Would like to know if possible to Immo off the ME? If possible, what needs to be read and I’m ready to pay for the good working solution. Thank you in advance

very hard solution, immo off possible but very expensive (brscc porsche cup had immo off). MIL code stays on together.

in this ecu, VIN no affects car. Only read eprom for swap immo.

There are alternative solutions to run such a vehicle,
For several years I have run many customers vehicles with this type ECU 0261204605, 0261204604 dozens of vehicles, many of them had through moisture, water damaged alarm module M535 M534.
Also, many of these Porsches drive with my emulator in sports competitions in many parts of the world, the emulator does not require any change in the hardware the ECU except the connection, nor in its software,
because we download data from the ECU to the EMULATOR, so it complies with the rules of sports competitions in terms of ECU modifications.

thank you, but if I go with emulator?? If the vin is not the same, I think the abs or the air bag light stays on and for the State Inspection it’s important to have the correct vin otherwise they fail the test
