heater blower has given up the ghost in my old 306,it started just blowing fast then slow on its own,have changed the 3 dial control box and that did nowt,any ideas?

ok gonna sound like an eejit but where is the pollen filter?

There is no filter on P306

No pollen filter on rhd! But there is a resistor pack depending on model.

would that be the resistors under the plastic surround under the windscreen?

It maybe bolted into the heater box, have a look on the other side to where the blower motor goes in. Have a look at screenshot the resistor is R28 but depending on how old it is, just follow wire from blower

thanks for all the help folks but have got it working,took out the top glove box and opened the re-circulation flap above the motor and just stuck my hand into the motor and started it spinning manually-job done!
just wish i had done this last october before i had no heater to clear the winter screens!!!!!
