Speed limiter W638 Vito

Hi friends, i need to remove speed limiter on Vito 108 2.2 CDI W638. Engine ecu is 0 281 010 606 Bosch A 611 153 72 79. I am read flash via obd. File is attached. I do not know where is located speed limiter. With Launch i can not find any settings / configuration to do this. Anyone knows something about this?

I thin you must go to Special Functions and there si Coding/Variant Coding/Maximum Speed Limit

There is nowhere found speed limiter in this car. Use OEM diag with HHT program in instrument cluster or engine ecu, there is no such a kind of option. I am give it up.
