kia picanto mk2 2011 pin code from vin

hello, in need of help my xtool isnt able to pull pin from obd on kia picanto mk2 2011-2012, im looking to see if anyone is able todo the pin
from the vin number which is: KNABX512LCT117132

If unable to can anyone tell me best module which has the eeprom im able to read and post pull the pin code from that file, ill be using either xtool x100 pad 3 or vvdi prog.
