Your flash file off, you should cut, remove pin 58 - immo line.

Finally i made a emulator based on pic16f84.
Car starts, customer pays.

The problem was making immo off on a dump extracted with external programmer. Immo off solution works ok if flash dump had been extracted in boot mode.
Just like an observation, compare the flash obtained in boot vs the one read with external programmer. You will see the differences. The Real 32 immo off sw is just doing its job on known addresses. It does not know when the dump is swapped or not.

I did one on Saturday, read and wrote it in boot. It worked immediately, I just removed the 333 resistor
