ok so i went to junk yard and got another skreem module and read it and it comes up in tango so it appears that the eeprom data is corrupted i can read 3 other skreems but this one i get unknown version

In some cases I had those older dodges equipped with aftermarket remote starter wired-in, which hindered learning. Just an idea to check on.

You can try to edit vin in junkyard skim to match vin of van (I do not know if checksum applies to skim) and program key

If that does not work leave eeprom of donor skim intact and change vin in pcm to match donor skim ( it should start but with abs light on) & ( program key )

If you have drewtech passthru or snapon passthru you can use J2534 Toolbox 3 to disable skim in pcm ( need to leave skim disconnected from van )

If you have autel passthru or any other j2534 passthru you can use Chrysler APNT to disable skim in PCM
( cost alot but worth it I use it all the time) & ( must leave skim module disconnected)
