Also test with Autel. (OBD).
Tested earlier.
Horse no-go
Autel yes, on an Amarok 2013.
Maybe same cluster.
At least, same manufacturer.

Amarok is immo 4 like golf 6 and polo 6R
This polo even is 2013 must be immo 3 and I think that the chip no need CS just precode to TP23 and program with pin

never seen polo 6R in immo 3
This is not normal 6R Polo this is sedan (Vento) that is produced only for some makets like Russia and India and maybe they use immo 3

According to my mind it should be vw immo 4 (UDS)...
When you open the file you will see at the begining ...UDS...
The part number should be 6R0 920 860 K ... K probably means 2012 year...
Check the part number on the back of the dash and compare it...
If it the number is same as I wrote, and you have VDO, you should read the eeprom as 24c32 or 24c64...
I think VDO should be 24c32... If it is 24c32 or 24c64, do following:
open VVDI2 software > click on VW > key learn > go to 4th immo > instrument with NEC + 24c32 (or 24c64) > click on service mode (for all key lost) and follow instructions...
Important, you need to save ABS coding before you do something else...

On which DK member do you mean?
For me was strange that vw polo from 2013 has immo 3 system...
I am not expret for VW, but immo 3 system was not that long on the markt... at least not in Europe...

Wuza i refer to the original poster who has opened 3 recent threads asking for help in different situations on different vehicles, and on each he has not answered anyones questions and he has not closed down the thread with the outcome to help others searching in the future , he posts requests for help then vanishes and no longer responds to anyone , arrogance and rudeness at best

I agree with you 100%.
Feedback should be given at the end (positive, negative or neutral)…
The topic has been open on other forums as well… at least the files are same…
But for good luck there are members like you who helping every day….
I like your posts, because they are always on the point…
