I have an Audi A4 B5 and swapped in 3.0 TDI CR engine from A4 B7 with EDC16cp34 ECU.
Since there is no original ABS connected to the car EDC16CP34 ECU wants to see car speed signal but that is not possible anymore because of the engine swap in B5. Is there anyone who can help with removing correct limiter on switch off this need of speed signal!? Car limits it self to 4000rpm and when driven it even limits to 2500rpm.

All ecology is already turned off. There is DTC's P0501 and P1699 but turning them off doesn't help.

Those limiters + power tune are making conflict in cheksum calculations. If I flash only with those limiter + ecology off it is fine and goes to 3800. I already found those limiters as well. But when I add the tune to the file then the conflicting starts. Checksum calculation goes bad no matter the tool or sw i use. Winols and other checksum calculation SW does not calculate it correctly and after flashing the file as is ECU is dead. If i flash the file letting the tool calculate checksum then it does the same. MPPS, KESS, KTAG, Autotuner, Foxflash all the tools make the ecu dead after calculating cheksums when flashing. But for example if I remove the limiters and file is with Ecology off and power tune then it is fine. I have never thought a glitch like this is even possible on EDC16 ecu.

Now in need to figure out how to make them all together work EcoOff + PowerTune + ZeroSpeedLimiters off

Did you try recoding the ecu module?

Be more specific. Recoding - could mean a lot of things.

try to remove the Limiter 4000rpm and the 2500rpm put them both to max rpm limiter speed like 5300/5400rpm

Glad you got it sorted.

Rumour has it some variants of EDC16CP34 still had a VSS/FGG input listed on pin K90. Changing 1FDA42- VSSCD_swtSigVal_C from 1 (CAN) to 0 (HW FGG) can help on gearboxes still using the speed sensor.

Of course I might be completely wrong.

Regards.
