Hello,
Im do cloning EDC16CP34 whole IMMO (pin,cs,mac), mileage and injectors by hand. Checksum was calculated by tool but after writing i had error
001552 - Engine Control Unit Incorrectly Coded

Try several options (w/o injectors and km) but the same results.

Iam asking to take a look for files... where is my mistake ?

I know old and new pin, vin, mac and cs. Checksum of file is wrong as i think

Thanks!

Clone on table bcoz adapting VCDS after puting PIN, chanel 50 says immo data DISABLE and only 32000 is accepted not new pin. The other way i can try autel but its the last way option for me :)

Just a question... did you try crossflashing whole ecu content from original to donor? I mean MPC+Flash+Eeprom. Why loose time trying to move data by hand between two different ecu softwares that cannot even guarantee they will support same coding?

Sometimes from different software in Flash - different algorithm for calculating the CRC in the parts eprom.

P.S.Your "injectors by hand" are incorrect, you only transferred the codings, but did not transfer the adaptation for time, pressure and mileage.

Your Control unit has lost the coding has nothing to do with the file and also the SW is diferent from new to old old is 4F1910401B an new 4F1910401R my recomandation is to make immo off to new ecu flash it with 4F1910401B SW as the original ecu and after copy the eeprom from old to new and after this you need to code the new ecu with same code as old one

As dimon9555
(https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/341829-dimon9555) say, the ecu arent same. I need use ecu with "B".

On original eeprom that error isnt present so there is problem witch checksum as i think.

as i told you the ecu it is compatible with your car but im not shure about sw you can try to write the old eeprom file in to new ecu and will work but in order to do that borh ecus need to have same sw so thats why i told you to flash the eeprom with sw that was installd on car and then write just eeprom from old to new

kiszka (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/69387-kiszka) Yes, but its from AUTO. Need manual- new ecu come with good coding. Dont have good frf to flash old ecu so try do in this way. Thanks for reply.

if is not working write back the original eeprom for the new ecu and flash the new ecu with this frf file that i have attached 4F1910401R__0030 as your original fie was copy the old eeprom data in new ecu and then if car start flash back ecu with latest version of sw for your car (Only if you want to have it update with latest sw) 4F1910401R__0050

the new ecu has coding 11322
I can give you a new eeprom with the transferred immo data that will start the car

I think that the Ct10dsc eeprom will not start the car
