Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI edc16c3 immo

Hello Guys
i am having this issue with this car that i have a immo off file for it but the car is in limp mode (+/-3000rpm)
can anyone (off) this file for me with checksum corrected i would apreciate very much.
ECU is a edc16c4 0281010707 9647158080
i read the 95160 eprom with xprog and its attached below.
