5Q0980568B RVC camera zdc file configuration VW

Hello all,

I am doing a retrofit for my Tiguan MK2 2018 BW2 and bought a RVC camera kit for retrofit.

The camera is 5Q0980568B and it came without being parametrized, see bellow capture/log from VCDS from the camera:

After checking a lot of info online I figured out the camera (which is brand new) needs to be parametrized with VCP.

For this I would need the zdc configuration file for this camera model (5Q0980568B) and my vehicle.

The file is called tiguan_RFK_5q0980568b.zdc and it is to be found in the VCP folder zdp files (from Q1 2018).

Can somebody please help me with this ?

Info for others like me:

The zdc file won't help because it is encrypted to the specific VCP tool serial number that has been taken from. Also it can not be written by another original VCP tool (I got the file but it is useless as the guy that I have it from is far away from me - not impossible but far so I got a local alternative).
Regarding ODIS variant (xml file): you can only get it on line (ODIS connected to the VW servers). This is possible (you pay for access - besides the interface which you need) but you need to have connected a car with VIN that came with camera from the factory. It will not work for your VIN (no parameters available for your VIN for the camera from factory)
Another variant with ODIS (offline method) is if somebody has saved the xml file from ODIS when parametrize this type of camera on the same vehicle type as yours and can share it (very unlikely).
The only way as I see it is to go to someone who has the original VCP and download the file tiguan_RFK_5q0980568b.zdc (he will have it in his VCP or can download it with his VCP). This file will only work with this specific VCP tool.

Solved with ODIS-E in the following way:

1) Flash the SW filename FL_5Q0980568A__0180.frf
2) Write parameter file 6C_5Q0980568B-GOLF7.xml

Where did you found parameter file .XML File?
