Sharan immo off in flash

I made immo off in 24c04 and car worked 2 days and when reread eeprom dump there is not OFF anymore, and some starnge number iun immo address, not 33,F3,&3... but other values
Not know will WP works on this, but also problem can't reach eeprom because of pcb added (some tuning I believe). I readed obd flash BUT will be able to write again,because flash chip not on factory place but on this added pcb (see image), even atmel MCU on top side added

P.S. Just to mention, after immo off, car started and after 2 days servicer told me engine goes OFF during driving so maybe soldering of this added pcb bad and corrupt eep
Bottom side of pcb has soldered 29f800, I think should ne 29400, why is 800 no idea

throw away this board and the ecu will calm down and put the flash in its old place
