MQB dash swap

hello,
mine orig dash is bad - fuel level not works
(on test action - works well)

with new dash fuel level works but car not start....

me tryed to clone using vvdi but this error:

it means need to but some update sw? or its bad connection (bad cutted pcb?)
have smbdy experience?

i will try to find this license....
and after this is possible read write to new dash and will works like clone dash ?
or will not works - due to flash?

vvdi2 +vvdi prog and license to read write mcu dash swap my not be possible as vvdi servers not good with immo data calc

it seems solution will be swapp original processor to new dash....

whole CPU can be copy ONLY if copy to exactly this same sw/hw
