Iaw 11MP and Miug4 read and write hardware

Good morning everyone.
Does anyone of you know what type of hardware I can use to read and write Marelli Iaw 11MP and Marelli Miug4 ecu? I found two tools but they are very expensive, and to make only these two ECUs it is not worth buying them.
