Volvo v40 d2 2.0 120cv DPF

I have a reprogramming on my car where the DPF (FAP) was eliminated. But after 2000km the car starts to regenerate again, i.e. counting ash again. I've been to several Chip Tunes and no one can solve it. The car runs fine for this period of time and then says the filter is full and goes into saft mode. Anyone with this problem who managed to solve it?

Yes, I've tried several chip tuning files but all of them after a while return to gray. I've seen you hear a topic about a Volvo with the same problem, but I don't know if they've come to any conclusions.
