Hello, i have a problem with my stock gt1544v turbo, its after regeneration 3rd time and destroyed again, its like something hitting it all the time from hot side, if anyone has a guess what could cause that give me hint on thatlol
Back to topic.. Im wondering if gt1544vb will be plug and play on this engine?? I've seen its has electric connector on, so can i just leave it unpluged and connect vaccum line:afraid: I would really appreciate any hints and guesses
Best regards

Oil nets off, so i think theres no possibility of clogging.. Turbo has a original pressure map and n75 also. The geometry is looking fine but i dont have photos from other side i will send it soon, but the problem is one that one vane has bent, again..
EGR Clogged. Im alse concerned that changing to different turbo could have the same result:apathy:

never use silicone to seal turbo, parts of it will fall off and cause problems..
you have an error in your turbo map, requesting 2,2 bar at 0,81 mg/cyc is not possible,
your AFR map runs too low at hi flow, not sure if you want to have a lot of black smoke but don't go under afr 17 if you want clear exhaust..
I dont see any obvious reason in software for your problems. So check mechanical, oil flow to turbo and replace vnt mechanicm if needed.
Turbo you photographed has vacuum control so no wired connectors..
ps. checking after turbo hot side for obstructions is a good idea also.. clogged cat or dpf will make turbo suffer.
