BMW X1 F54 ENGINE B48 DME AND KEYS LOST

I have a 2019 BMW x1 F54 with a B48 engine, only the BDC module
It is original to the vehicle, the DME and the keys were lost.
I need to obtain the ISN from the BDC, is it possible to obtain the ISN with any tool without having a key or DME?
I have a donor ecu and a new blank key, I need your suggestions please since the dealership refuses to sell the key since the car is damaged and crashed.

You better use new DME ISN and write to BDC. Not possible to get BDC ISN if you dont have working key

Do you suggest buying a new DME from a dealer?
Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy a dealer key to unlock the BDC with the new key?
If you are thinking of writing the ISN of the DME donor to the BDC, the BDC would first have to be unlocked and for this the original ISN of the car is required.
