What can read/write this srs ecu GM 9546 0702 SDM11.12.04.c 2012 Antara

Trying to read this and so far havent found a software that can vvdi prog was a no and cg100x
vin data is corrupt so vehicle will not start vauxhall have given up as no new modules available and they cannot program with the dealer tool.
i tried new module programming on autel, thinkcar no joy and opcom wouldnt work

Does anyone know the location of the vin in these modules? vehicle has lost vin and cant start due to immo chain. Dealer cant program with tech 2 or gds so it appears it will need to be done on the bench
