3b0 919 861 j vw passat b5 1997 need pin

Can someone please help with the pin or a way to read dashboard 3b0 919 861 j vw passat b5 1997.
I used vak k can commander 1.4 it does login but tried al 3 options for passat, they all read something from eeprom but gives me no odometter and no pin code.
I belive this dasboard has HC11KG4 but i am not able to bine diagram for xprog or carprog for this board.
I uploaded the dumps that i was able to read with vag k can commander 1.4.

I had to replace the old broken dash, did immo off to ecu in order to use this dash but old dash has 261000 km and the new one has 618890 km and i am not able to ajust it.
I belive the new one is not the same as the old one, the backlight in the old one is green and the new one is blue.
