Astra F - 1995 - IMMO OFF

Hi guys,

I wanted to ask if any of you have a tested IMMO OFF solution for an Opel Astra F - 1995 - Simtec 56(.1) ECU?
I read the data from the 93C56 & NM27C256NE with the Willem Eeprom Programmer and hope that someone can help me.

I'm really not sure whether the immobilizer is stored on the 27256 or on the 93C56.
Unfortunately I can no longer tell whether it is a Simtec56 or Simtec 56.1 ECU.

The 27C256 also doesn't have a round opening in the middle where the UV rays could penetrate, so I delete everything and then write it again.
I have the feeling that it can only be extinguished with additional power of 14V. Does anyone have a clue?

I would be really grateful if someone could help me with this.

Give numbers from engine ecu. And ccm3 engine is ? If 27C256 its not UV erasable, then you have OTP memory and you must use new one, maybe.

It is a Astra F - 1.8 - 16V

Unfortunately I no longer have the label, but I researched for a long time and found out that it should be the following model:


(Chip cannot be erased, but I now have a new chip and can write IMMO OFF there)

Now I need the IMMO OFF data for 27C256.

I only have 1 Attempt.

yes i have 27C256 immo off for simtec 56.1, but mine is ready with serial numbers starting, yours does not contains serial numbers it is bad reading or something else than 56.1
try with 1st eeprom disconnect immobox if no starts then 27C256 hope your device writes well

Hello, First of all, thank you for the help. The IMMO flashes away, but the vehicle still doesn't start after I copied your data from 93C56. The spark was there before, but it is no longer there.

I still haven't been able to solve the problem. There is no IMMO in 93C56.
I read 27C256 again and hope that the programmer did a good job.


Is there a solution for IMMOFF?

I tested the Car today:

No Engine Light
No fuel pump is running
No ignition spark present

I cut PIN 29 because of the immobilizer data.
Now I don't know what to do anymore. I asked Opel for help, but they only gave me some information about the ECU:

Opel Astra F 1.8

Simtec 56 - 90519065
5WK907802

Engine: C18XEL

Does somebody has any idea?
