Help, I messed up CAS3 Eeprom

Hi,

Updating the CAS3 via OBD went wrong. Now the car is completely dead, no lights on the dash. I managed to extract the eeprom via Hexprog.
I hope someone can take a look at it, it's probably corrupted. I appreciate it very much..

cas looks okay what cas number maybe i can fidn you a flash file

I already tried it with several good flash files, but no luck. It must be the eeprom.

I tried to update from 9226238 to 9395657 with Winkfp.
