Bantam 1.3 immo

Hi guys
Hope you can help me.Im looking for immo off for 2010 Bantam Rocam with small motronic ecu.
I have done immo off on 95080 but always writes back and immo on again after a while.
Anyone have a trusted immo off on flash perhaps?

There is no other file for this ecu...

Which type programmer ypu use to write? when writing file lock eprom.
