Help needed for Jaguar XF Key readapt with SDD

Hello
I have a Jaguar XF which battery went flat and No key is being detected. I am trying to reprogram the KVM to re add the key using SDD but it fails to download a .vbf file
Error - 90c - Channel not available.

Is there any way to add the in KVM. Can some one please help me with this

try with another cable ... i have some problems with keyadd with mongoose cable (no connection with some modules) ... changed to scanmatic works ok
