I need help.
Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 103kw SID206
I would need DTC off for the P2263 fault.
The car goes into safe mode and the error is P2263 :(
I turn the key off and on and the car drives normally again.
I read the car through MPPS V21 clone.

Hello. Error is still P2263. After 10 kilometers it reappeared and the car went into emergency mode :(
I turn the key off, turn it on and the car drives normally again. Some idea?
Make ERG OFF and DPF OFF?

I have already checked almost everything. Hoses, vacuum, turbo regulation, turbo position sensor. reservoir, vacuum cleaner. I also glued the EGR. And it's still the same.. It doesn't make a difference in performance.. But for example on the second and just a little light driving in the convoy when you don't need a turbo. I don't know what to do anymore. Otherwise the car drives normally. Thank you

the two common faults for this code is the egr valve is stuck open,or the electronic turbo actuator return arm is siezed due to a build up of carbon on the turbo vanes, you can check this by seeing if you can move the little arm by hand when you remove the clip on the arm,or maybe bad egr dpf solution if ur car goes in limp mode after u mod ur file with dpf and egr there is ur problem :)

Hello. Thank you for the info.
Egr valve was cleaned. It moves easily. It closes mechanically.
I put a steel sheet in there for a test. The egr was sealed.
The error appeared again P2263.
Hoses, vacuum, I checked everything. I didn't find anything.. A colleague turned off my DTC..
The error did not appear but the car went into emergency mode even with the DTC removed :(
Some idea?
