Hello, I need help with the BCM /bd39-14a073-bc/ in a 2015 Ford Ranger. The BCM is based on MC9S12XEP768.
At the beginning there was a problem with the lights and there were common errors U1000, U3000. The dflash was read and modified. After this operation, the lights came back and the faults could be cleared. After assembling everything, I realized that the wipers, heated both windows, the horn and the blower did not work. So the original dflash was uploaded for a test and of course the problem with the lights came back, but the wipers, horn, heated windows and blower still don't work. The computer reports errors in the relays under the hood responsible for these components, but I rule this out because I can run and test these components with a diagnostic computer. , so the installation must be OK. In the current readings, I can see whether the wiper levers, horn, blower switch, window buttons are working. Everything is read correctly. I have already tried various methods with Forscan, from updating bcm, I restored the asbuilt configuration and it doesn't help . Has anyone of you had such a case because I don't know what to do with it anymore. I have no way to check another BCM because in my region it is a rare car and there are no used parts. The new BCM is too expensive to replace it on a trial basis. Maybe someone from Do you have any ideas or anything that would give me a clue? Any ideas are welcome because the car has been at my place for a long time.
