try this 192.168.1.1

Thats the one for Linksys routers.

If you havent changed the login and pasword then it will be.

login= admin
password= admin

btw...once you are in you should change them for your own security.

Theres a wee reset button on the back, use a pen nib or something to hold it in for a few seconds and it will set it back to factory settings for you and take out any of your info like passwords you had on it.

Yes m8 its needs to be plugged into power lead, then press reset button, hold it in until the lights on the front will go off and on again and thats it reset, it may take 10 seconds or so, it doesnt need to be connected to a pc or anything, just the power on.

i dont think you can m8.only way i managed to transfer files are.

1. have a rapidshare account to upload/download to/from any pc
2. have an external hard drive to plug in either pc.
3. get a media centre , this will allow to keep your files to transfer to/from
4. use msn, have 2 accounts 1 on each pc.

if you have 2 or more computers connected to the same network all you have to do is create a folder on one and then right click the folder, then click on sharing and set it to allow the other network computers to see it.

All files etc that you want to share can then be put into the folder you created.
