channels missing

have just got some new dream box 500c's all have the same problem , 5 or 6 channels missing ,reflashed , tryed in other houses all have the same channels missing , any ideas ??????/:hmmmm2:

ya south maybe the auto scan is missing a tp but i dont know the freq .

yeh i have just been trying to look at some transponder guides but i cant get the page open my computers going nuts

the 500t had a prob with the 260000 freq. is this the case here?
