Hey guys ! Can you please help me with a popcorn? I was thinking at 4500. The car has a hc at 4500, but when standing still the car has a normal rev limiter at 4000. Can you guys help me with these 2 things?

Hi. I tried the map.
It doesn't have that popcorn sound , only hardcut.
Any idea?
