Card activation problem

Greetings,
Just purchased a sexview irdeto card and its not activating. Its been on for 2 days . Tried reseating the irdeto cam, changing channels with no luck. Last resort to contact the company i bought it from?
Anyone have any idea's/tips

update:

card now working. Had to install softcam scam. Strange it didn't work with a offical irdeto cam
