E3 doesnt sound familiar to me..but probably same as all 16 F,you need to search a forum..you will found nice schematic and small sw for reading motorola F1 proc..build that interface and conect with F1 via only 4 wires..you dont need to desolder F1,it work nice onboard

well Im prety sure you CANT do it via kwp..upa or any other programer for motorola will be fine..but cheapest and fastest way for this F1 proc.is solution from myne first post and HUBA 301 find tool for you..apsolutly chepest and fastest solution,you can build that on protype board for 15 minutes..spend next 115 to conect to F1 and youre done....in this file you will found all what you need even data for proc.as you see from schematic important pins are TX, RX reset,moda/b . in sw you have buton im*o off thats all you need,remove imo box before conecting ecu to car..suply for this F1 interface you can pick up from ECU ..in past I have so many troubles with xprog(old) and this ecu so I try few solutions for this proc..and this one is the best way

Ive connected as xprog-m user manual, and device is silent oscillator is at 8000000hz and not lifted any pins.

Is there a plcc68 adaptor with xprog, that will read this mc68hc11f1 mask 2F37E though m8, not had any luck yet programming in circuit.


Done quite a few jobs now taking them off.

got it to read once with putting 16000930 in the oscillator set up.


But had few errors on verification so messed with oscillator settings and now wont read again the crystall has on it

resoldered all connections put oscillator at 16000000, managed to get good read i think? then inputed into immokiller.

Both files are attached please if someone could check car is at other side of town and dont want wasted journey. Probably too late now as wrote it to MCu, hehehe!!!!!!

Hi, for totally disable immo You need to write immo off dump into 68HC11 and disconnect immobox from ECU. If You won't disconnect immobox, Your ECU will recode to key actually switch on.

all 16F are same MCU type. done many of them. UPA read it without problem in circuit but some pins to lift.

now i use specific hardware on ECU connector and boot pin, it's 10 sec job. virgin or immo off are same process. once you got ecu virgin, disconnect immo box or cut immo pin on ecu connector and you have an immo off
