We need more info regarding your car like what year.

Regarding the im*obilizer Pin Code can always be obtained from the dealers also the Mechanical Key Number you can get from them as well, as long as you are the register keeper with all the documents to roof you own the vehicle. And then any good lock smith can gut a key for you and with the suit able diagnostic tool can reprogram the key for you.....

fiat only job im afraid but if you ask nicely then they should give it to you but some dealers can be pains
