HARDCUT 1.6 HDI please

Can anyone help me with doing hardcut at 4.500 rpm and a improve stage 1 ?


It is a edc16c34 from a 206 1.6 HDI from 2004. Would like to keep the constant torque from 2000 to 4000 rpm if possible as in this Stage1 but if possible to improve it and that the turbo spool as soon as possible.
