Tiris DST 80 vs Tiris DST 4D ?? Citroen C1 transponder not copying

Hi Folks , please see my attempt to copy transponder using Autel KM100 for a citroen C1 2006.
after purchasing a new key and copied the transponder fromm the original one, the car wont start.
i was told that this is the transponder i need :(
the two photos shows a reading for the original TP and the new one is there a difference ?? please help
