hiundai not start immo problem

hi the car is hiundai coupe 2002 ecu Kefico 39106-26740 eeprom 95040

the story is ... the car has only one key,and some man try to add one key more ,and after that the car not start.

i think the immo stored in the ecu has not external immo box.

I need some one to revergin the dump 95040 or any info where is the problem.
