Hi,

I need help with this radio made by Clarion - PN3153.

Usually the radios made by Clarion contain a 24C64 eeprom IC on the back of PCB.

This radio has no eeprom IC on the back, but I found an eeprom IC401 and it is printed L16 on it. I can suspect that can be a 24L16 (24C16).

Do you have any idea:
- where is located the real eeprom on this radio?
- if can be made IMMO Off?

Just read it as 24C16 and attached it to this reply.
Can someone please help me to make it immo off?

Is there any other eeproms on this board? the dump is not what I expected

Look in Tuner, on base I see SCL SDA and GND, try connecting to this

I just opened the tuner case and I found an IC 24C02 - I already read it and attached the dump file. Can be used to IMMO off?

Also I tried to connect with wires (SDA, SCL and GND) on the PCB (in a single place, but there are many connect points) and I can not read the info? The unit was unplugged from the 12V. When I read it, should I connect it to 12v?

there are 3 points to connect SDA, SCL & GND on base PCB, try all 3

Only a single pair of pins allow me to extract the dump and I attached it to this post.
Can someone to make it IMMO off?
