Insignia IPC chip location

Hi everyone!

Can someone mark where the chip is located on the instrument cluster and tell me what settings I need to select on the CH341a programmer, please?

I cannot find any 24c16 chip on the board.

I had no problem programming the BCM, but the IPC is giving me a challenge.

I attached the pictures of the IPC's board.

I have a new IPC and need to change the Odometer lock status. Any idea?
