Help, Astra H Display

OK so the display on my Vauxhall Astra H (Mk5) completely died so I have bought another display on E-bay. How do I pair this display to my existing radio which I want to keep as it is a CDC40 Opera. Thank you.

Post dumps from old display and from new display

First of all, Shooting thanks for your reply but being an old uneducated fart " Post dumps from old display and from new display " doesn't mean anything to me. I assume that I will require an OP Com to retrieve these "dumps" I'm sure that I have an old OP Com some where that I bought but never used because I found out about the "Peddle Test" which gave me the answer that I was after at the time.
I will try and look up some stuff about using OP Com and see if it makes any sense to me.

Dumps are obtained by an eeprom programmer not OPCOM
Best take it to your local decoder to decode.
