mc68hc05x32 from 2004 crossfire reading

Hi, could anybody tell me if is possible to read this chip with autel im608 xp400 ,im trying but not success ,try also with original upa but anybody told that this chip is protected and can not be reading with it. Im using apb-128-v3 adapter with xp400 and it suposed can be reading but nothing.
xprog-m clone could read it ?

sure you can read via x prog mclone
and orange 5 clone version as well

I have never tried with xp400 but done it countless number of times with xprog n and orange
it takes few seconds to boot and bypass security to read
