Hi,

please help me. I flashed Ford Kuga 2.0TDCI with ECU DCM3.5 via OBD and everythink looked good - SW said "The ECU has been successfully flashed." but now car doesnīt crunk and ECU is dead without any communication via OBD.
I have original FGtech and I read the ECU via JTAG but I donīt know what is wrong. For now I have only OBD backup from Autotuner and Jtag backup from FGtech.

So is there anybody who have Jtag/BDM backup of this ECU or know how to repair this ECU?
Autotuner support is closed during the weekend.

Manufacturer: FORD
Software: AV41-14C204-CM
Hardware: 0761SA22640933
ID: AG91-12B684-DA
ID: AV41-12A650-CM
Detected ECU: DCM3.5

thanks

I donīt think so, I treid to combine jtah and obd backup and write with jtag with checksum correction but still the same. Fgtech and Autotuner can make checksum - I write this ECU many times via OBD without any problem till now.

recovery is not possiblem because ECU doesnīt responce via OBD. I tried IDS but still the same, ECU without any communication.

there are areas in flash files that even winols can not correct the cs so dont say you did not have cs error untill you figure out yourself what the error was, i have been there, all orignal tools here and non of them can do all 100%
